Fluoride

According to the CDC, drinking fluoridated water and brushing with fluoride toothpaste are ways to improve dental hygiene.

Brushing

Adults should be brushing their teeth twice a day, morning and night. You should also be flossing to get out any pieces of food that become stuck between your teeth.

No Tobacco

It's common knowledge that tobacco is not beneficial for your health. If you're smoking or chewing it, you need to stop immediately.

See Your General Dentist

If you want to make the most of your dental hygiene, the most important thing that you can do is make an appointment with your general dentist. They'll be able to schedule a cleaning, x-ray, and take care of any outstanding cavities in your mouth.

At Meadows Dental Group by Espire we understand that some patients will have dental anxieties. The problem is more common than most think. We want to hear about our patient's past experiences. The more we know about them, the better we're able to tailor your care.

We are willing to listen to your concerns and answer any questions that you may have. Your comfort is important to us, and we'll strive to answer all of your questions gently and with compassion.

We understand that not all of your anxieties will be resolved through conversation. In those cases, we offer a range of sedatives so that you can be comfortable through your procedures.

Consultation

Finally, if you've struggled with your dental hygiene in the past, we're here to help. Give us a call at Meadows Dental Group by Espire, where we practice general dentistry. We can be reached at 303-586-6852.

You may be eligible for a free limited consultation if you need only one X-ray or require treatment for a single tooth or one area of the mouth. Additional imaging and examination are subject to standard fees. Find out if you are eligible.
